Simply put, web art means any artwork that is used on a webpage, including background graphics, icons, buttons, etc.

I do all my own web pages, including programming in PERL, JavaScript, Java or C++. I'm happy to provide you with either the graphical images you need to develop your own website, or the HTML templates for you to just add your text into, or, in fact, I can put all the webpages together for you. However, my forte is artwork and not web design, so you would probably prefer a web design professional to construct very complex websites. But if its reasonably simple (like my own website), I'm happy to do it all for you.

The cost for developing the custom art and a HTML template will vary with the expected complexity, however, an average of US$280 is a reasonable expectation for a moderately complex website. That price will include the graphics for a single theme with one major images, for example background graphics, and a single HTML template; for more templates or more extensive work, the quote will need to be increased. I'll quote you an exact figure once I've got your requirements. The quoted figure will be obligation free, will be all inclusive - so absolutely no hidden surprised - and will be a fixed quote meaning that if it turns out to be more time consuming or complex than expected, you will only ever need to pay the quoted figure - I'll wear the overrun.
