As I apply several levels of spam filtering, it would be best to keep you message short and simple and to avoid terms that are likely to get filtered out, for example, "Viagra".

Simply tell me what you're after and if I'm comfortable that you're a genuine customer and not a spammer, I'll give you further instructions. In most case I will reply within 24 hours, and often within the hour. If you haven't heard from me in that time then there has been a technology failure somewhere along the line; to try again you may wish to cut and paste my email address rather than clicking on it; and also, please make sure the failure is not at your end - there's nothing more frustrating than getting repeated enquiries and not being able to reply because of a failure outside my control - please check any filters you are running, your spam bin and please make sure than any forwarding rules that you have set up are working - you'd be surprised how many times that turns out to be the problem!

It would help if you could briefly describe what sort of image you want. You don't need to give me a lot of details at this point, we'll refine your requirements once we've started the process.

Image Use

If there's an image in one of the galleries you want to use, just tell me what the image is and what the proposed use is to be. It will not be legal for you to use the image unless I write back and say it's okay, please wait for my reply before doing anything.

Just tell me how many photos and what type of manipulation you want.
